  • Free support covers only the specific service engagement that qualified for the offer and remains limited to the original scope of work discussed in your engagement.
  • Waftr commits to respond to support requests within 2 business days of submission.
  • Free support does not include new feature development, custom coding, or strategic consulting beyond the original engagement scope.
  • Waftr reserves the right to define scope boundaries and determine whether requests fall within the support period coverage.
  • This offer is valid for all GA4 Audit, GTM Audit, GA4 Setup, and GTM Setup services contracted after January 1, 2026.
